When In Doubt

There are always those annoying people. The ones who will look at you while you are engulfed in flames while being eaten by a grizzly bear who just left fat camp and tell you "Try to see the positive side of this"

Its enraging. It doesn't help calm us down. It makes things worse. EVERY time. So how do

you allow positive thinking into your life to improve the quality of your outcomes? By acknowledging that something SUCKS but finding the determination to boast that it is NOT the end of you. That job loss SUCKS, but it does not mean a better one isn't close by and although the hunt for employment might suck, you are POSITIVE that the results will prove how worth it, it truly is

That relationship ending suddenly was heart wrenching, you're a mess and rightfully so but thinking positively is recognizing that this is the time to work on making sure you're in a better head space six month from now your next choice is clearer and perhaps also your LAST choice.

The pain in your back? Excruciating but thinking positively, realistically, means you are willing yourself through the pain and forcing yourself to admit it's not enough to keep you down, not thinking its miraculously vanishing tomorrow.

There is a book I highly recommend called the Holographic Universe by Michael Talbot where he does teach you brain techniques to do just that, will yourself into a better existence. Reading his theories might strike some familiarity if you are a fan of the Matrix movies. Just note the book came out a few years before anyone named Wachowski got involved. The mind is a lot more powerful than we give it credit for and I do believe we could be much healthier, safer, and stronger with more brain stimulation and less Facebook scrolling but we also must be practical. When something is terrible, the most useless thing you can do is pretend that it isn't. Face it. Acknowledge the challenge, and be positive about how the lesson learned will help you moving forward

Doubt is a funny thing. Sometimes in a reading you're locked in, to a point where you surprise yourself. I had a doubter across from me. I called out her husband's name and birthday in a blur. Then his profession. Then the nickname he called her. She told me I got lucky, Shut down a bit. The reading still progressed but I feel had she allowed the doubt to pass, she would have heard a LOT more. Doubt can be a great way to avoid bad decisions but remember to be mindful of it, because too much of it will cause us to miss out on a lot too

Since we're here for a good time and not for a long time, doubt is something we don't

have too much time for
